This policy explains how delivery, production and collection work for Branded Express orders.

2. Production Before Delivery
Many of our products are custom, bespoke, personalised or made to order. This means your order may need to go through artwork checks, design setup, embroidery setup, print preparation, garment ordering, signage preparation or production before it can be dispatched.
Delivery time starts after production is complete, not from the moment the order is placed.
3. Production Times
Production times vary depending on the product, order size, artwork requirements, supplier availability and workload.
Typical production examples may include:
- Business cards, flyers and printed products: production time varies depending on artwork and quantity
- Embroidered clothing and workwear: production time varies depending on garment availability and branding requirements
- Signage, banners and bespoke graphics: production time varies depending on size, material and complexity
We will provide estimated timescales where possible. Any timescale given is an estimate unless confirmed in writing as guaranteed.
4. UK Delivery
We deliver to addresses across the UK. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Normal UK postage is charged at Β£8.45. Heavy parcels, bulky parcels or specialist items are charged at Β£23.95.
Heavy or bulky items may include larger signage, floor mats, pavement signs, swing signs, bulk clothing orders or any product that requires specialist handling or larger parcel delivery.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard UK delivery: usually 2β5 working days after dispatch
- Express delivery, where available: usually 1β2 working days after dispatch
- Heavy or bulky items: may take longer depending on courier availability
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier performance, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control.
6. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.
- Normal UK postage: Β£8.45
- Heavy parcels / bulky items: Β£23.95
If an order contains heavy, bulky or specialist items, the heavy parcel delivery charge may apply. If there are any issues with delivery pricing, parcel size or courier suitability, we will contact you before dispatch.
7. Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, a tracking number or tracking link will be provided once your parcel has been sent out.
Tracking information may not be available until the courier has collected or scanned the parcel.
8. Click & Collect
We may offer a click & collect service.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
9. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe place
- Leave a calling card with further instructions
- Attempt redelivery
- Deliver to a local collection point
Please follow the instructions provided by the courier.
10. Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional costs or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
11. Delayed Items
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe after dispatch, please contact us at info@branded-express.co.uk.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
12. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item or items
This will help us resolve the issue quickly.
13. Payment Methods
Payments may be processed securely through providers such as Stripe. Depending on the options available at checkout, customers may be able to pay using debit card, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other supported payment methods.
Payment options are subject to availability, eligibility checks and approval by the relevant payment provider.
