How do I know my order has been received?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production or dispatch, weβll do our best to help.
Artwork & branding
Can I upload my logo or artwork?
Yes. Where available, you can upload artwork on the product page or send it through the contact form. Accepted formats usually include JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, WEBP, AI and EPS.
What if my artwork is not ready?
No problem. Add instructions or contact us with what you need. We can review the details and let you know the next steps.
Do you check artwork before production?
Yes. We check artwork and customisation details before production. If anything needs confirming, weβll contact you.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Yes. Select reorder where available or include your previous order details when contacting us.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the product, quantity, branding method and courier service. Weβll provide updates where possible.
Will I receive tracking?
If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in your dispatch or completion email.
What should I do if my parcel has not arrived?
