How do I know my order has been received?

Once your order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. We’ll then review your order and any customisation details before production.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is shown in your order confirmation email. If you contact us about an order, please include it so we can find your details quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production or dispatch, we’ll do our best to help.

Artwork

Artwork & branding

Can I upload my logo or artwork?

Yes. Where available, you can upload artwork on the product page or send it through the contact form. Accepted formats usually include JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, WEBP, AI and EPS.

What if my artwork is not ready?

No problem. Add instructions or contact us with what you need. We can review the details and let you know the next steps.

Do you check artwork before production?

Yes. We check artwork and customisation details before production. If anything needs confirming, we’ll contact you.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes. Select reorder where available or include your previous order details when contacting us.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product, quantity, branding method and courier service. We’ll provide updates where possible.

Will I receive tracking?

If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in your dispatch or completion email.

What should I do if my parcel has not arrived?

Please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it with the courier.

Can I return custom branded items?

Custom or personalised items usually cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos where possible, and a short description of the issue.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved and processed, refund times can depend on your bank, card provider or payment method.
