2. These Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you agree to these terms.
3. Orders and Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods or services from us.
A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it. Processing may include ordering garments or materials, preparing artwork, setting up embroidery, preparing print files, starting production or dispatching goods.
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund.
4. Custom, Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products
Many Branded Express products are custom, bespoke, personalised or made to order. This includes, but is not limited to, embroidered clothing, branded workwear, salon uniforms, towels, headwear, business cards, flyers, banners, pull-up banners, swing signs, internal signage, external signage, shop signs, window graphics and any item produced using your logo, artwork, text, design instructions or business details.
By placing an order for custom or bespoke items, you acknowledge that the order is being produced specifically for you and may not be suitable for resale to another customer.
5. Cancellations
Orders for custom, bespoke, personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once we have accepted the order and started work. This includes artwork setup, design work, embroidery setup, print preparation, ordering specific garments or materials, or starting production.
Non-custom items may be cancellable in line with your statutory rights, provided they are unused, not personalised, not made to order and in a resaleable condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
6. Artwork, Proofs and Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for checking and approving artwork, mockups, proofs, spelling, contact details, names, numbers, colours, sizing, placement and layout before production begins.
Once artwork or production has been approved, we cannot accept responsibility for customer-approved spelling mistakes, incorrect details, unsuitable artwork supplied by the customer or design choices unless the issue was caused by us.
Where no formal proof is requested or provided, we will produce the order based on the information, artwork, logo, text and instructions supplied by you.
7. Product Descriptions
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing and content are accurate. However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device, final printed or embroidered results may vary slightly from digital previews, product images may be for illustration purposes, and sizes, weights and specifications may be approximate.
8. Prices
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.
Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
9. Payment
Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be processed securely using providers such as Stripe. Depending on availability at checkout, we may accept debit cards, credit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported payment methods.
Payment options shown at checkout are subject to provider availability, eligibility checks and approval by the relevant payment provider.
10. Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the item and issue a refund, offer an alternative product, or contact you to discuss options.
11. Production Times
Production times vary depending on product type, order size, artwork requirements, supplier availability and workload. Any timescales given are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
Delays may occur if artwork, information, sizing, approvals or payment are not provided promptly.
12. Delivery
We will deliver goods to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, customs checks where relevant, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible.
Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement, reprint, partial refund or full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. Returns
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
15. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or delays outside our reasonable control.
16. Intellectual Property
